The Run/Walk with Jeff will begin promptly at 8:00AM, immediately followed by his free running clinic with time for questions and answers.
Jeff Galloway is a US Olympian and author of several top-selling running books. He is also a Runner's World columnist. Jeff is the original designer of the run-walk, marathon training program with an over 98% success finish rate. He has a total of 70 training programs nationwide, which have assisted 350,000 marathoners since 1978. His innovative ideas have opened up the possibility of running and completing a marathon to almost everyone.
Top To Top will have various vendors present. Galloway LA Half and Full Marathon Training will be taking registrations for the upcoming season, which officially starts on August 23rd.
